By creating an account or using UnfollowScout, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

UnfollowScout helps you analyze your own Instagram data export to identify accounts that do not follow you back and to track changes over time. We do not ask for your Instagram password and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

Acceptable use

• Only upload Instagram data exports that belong to accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Do not use the service to harass, stalk, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, billing, or security controls.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the analysis accurate, but Instagram exports and their formats can change. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the results.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
