Do I need to give you my Instagram password?
No. UnfollowScout never asks for your Instagram login. You download your own data export from Instagram and upload that file — the analysis happens entirely in your browser.
Where is my follower data stored?
On your device only. Your export and all derived lists are stored locally in your browser. We never upload or store your followers or following lists on our servers.
How do I get my Instagram data export?
In the Instagram app or website, go to Settings → Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions → Download your information. Request the 'Followers and following' data in JSON format, then upload the ZIP here once Instagram emails it to you.
What is the difference between the Free, Creator, and Pro plans?
Free shows your full non-follower count on one profile and reveals 30 names per month (resets monthly) — unfollowing a revealed name is always free. Creator ($9/mo) reveals everyone, unlocks change tracking and snapshot history, and up to 3 profiles. Pro ($15/mo) adds everything in Creator plus trend charts over time, snapshot comparison, CSV exports, unlimited history, and up to 10 profiles.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
